Seems like it's just for BitTorrent type things. One way or the other, it's fubar.

How kind of TW to make money off those the RIAA and MPAA target. Downloaders get charged for 'trial viewing' of products by the ISP, and the end-users are again chased into the courts by the rights holders. Perhaps if the ISP sent that cash to the media monsters, the courts wouldn't get plugged up with useless cases against 12 year olds, then everyone would be happy.

In other words, they're stealing residential traffic to support their larger corporate network, just to cover up their lack of infrastructure capability.
