According to TMZ

"The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.
We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement."

well i think this is a REAL settlement ... not one of those talked about about versions that never really happen ... the tape may be destroyed or have a stipulation that if it ever gets out and whatever shape or form litigation may follow no matter how it was released

I'm sure that Vivid Entertainment is trying to find out the owner of the tape so that they can release it. If not in the next few months it will pop up on the internet when you least expect it.

tmz doesnt "own" the tape. they got a copy of it, just like the pageant lawyers got a copy of it. who knows how many copies there are....
