So a month or so ago, my wife hit a car door in a shopping center parking lot.
She freaked out and left. Then called me and asked what to do. I said since you have already left, no sense in going back. She freaked out because several years ago she had hit another parked car, and while leaving a note, the person came out and threatened to beat her ass.
Anyhow, she left a sizable dent in her mini-van bumper that I managed to pop out. I imagine that she scraped up the other car pretty good.

So yesterday, some guy came to our house, and said that he noticed the scrapes on her car and he is a "body detailer" and wondered if she wanted him to fix it. He had to have looked at our car in the driveway, as it was not on the street and easily accessible.

She said that he was driving a similar car to the one she hit, but isn't 100% sure.

So now we are completely freaked out! What should we do?

Fucking leave it alone

If he asks just let him know the damage has been there a while, at least until the cops show up to arrest her non driving ass
