I am not comforted in the knowledge that since the advent of Victorian Morality of the 18th and 19th century, such cases of child abuse is now considered grounds for imprisonment/and or corporal punishment. As a matter of fact, these Morals that you rely upon also protect these sick fucking people. I say do away with the rules and let the parents and guardians decide the punishment for these sick fucks. Unlike modern times, they will most likely not repeat their crimes. I know if anyone touches my children, I would not hesitate to cut off their genitalia and force feed it to them.

You would only be doing what any other mammal would do, but alas, you couldn't. You'd have to settle for an infinitely unfair court system to give the person a few years in jail in which they'd be given three meals a day and free health and dental.
