That's actually comical cause it's true, I went to the apple store to get a new ram card for my iMac and they told me go home, get my computer, bring it back, pay for the RAM, then pay them $50.00 more for them t remove 2 screws in the bottom of my computer and swap a card out.

It also doesn't help that they wanted $80.00 more for the same 4GB ram card
