i know this is a thread about palin but that dumb bitch doesn't deserve any of my time.

but on this global warming thing.. people are referring to those leaked emails? i will bet my dick non of you have actually read what was said. you prolly saw the headline, read 3 sentances and made up your mind on what must have been said. do your research. go read the emails. hell go read the AP summary on the emails. don't embarress yourself by spewing out junk you have no idea of.

sure maybe some parts of global warning are fucked up (carbon taxing, scare tactics ect) but the science behind it is real.. the majority of DSF is 25-45 yr olds who last took a science class when dolly the sheep was happening. argue how fucked up the politics behind global warming is. but to say "its 31 degrees outside. global warming my ass" just makes you look like a tool. you have no business argueing scientific facts and models because you dissected a frog in 1986.

I have read the "cliff notes" version of the emails, so to speak. There are some plain unavoidable facts. They DID make lots of money from the global warming fear they created. They did deliberately falsify, hide, misrepresent, and change data to support the conclusion they were after. They colluded with each other to black ball publications which did not buy into their hoaxing and attempted to discredit and end the careers of other scientists who came to conclusions that differed from their own. That is all clear, concise, and unarguably proven by these e-mails.

But to stay on topic, I think everyone should really relax about Sarah Palin and her political career. After taking this job on Fox News, I think she would be VERY hard pressed to have a serious political career now. Not often, if ever, can political commentators make a successful transition into elected office.
