Facebook friend turns into Big Brother

I'd have pulled out a line of shit a mile long....like, it was cola in a beer bottle. The law requires they PROVE I was drinking, and if they can't access anything other than some stupid pics off FB then they will have to chose to either ATTEMPT to drag anyone else in the photo into court or just leave me the fuck alone. Which one of those do you think would get a judge re-elected. The ignorant attempt to fine a youth....or the saving of taxpayer money for worse crimes.
