Nah, saw this on 4chan the other day. There's an old headshot of her in a similarly-tiled bathroom, but it's just head and shoulders. This one is just everso-slightly off on the jawline, plus Leelee Diesn't have a mole under her left tit, at least not in any of the pics I've found of her in a similar state of undress
