i did, didnt really find anything that suited what i needed. The only one i found was very small and get distorted if i enlarge

Well if you have Paint Shop Pro, there's a red die (maybe other colors as well I dunno) as part of the tubes. Then you'd have to size em to what you needed and animate them.
