As someone who has spent his fair share of time studying the subject of Daisy Fuentes' tits, I'm pretty sure they're not brand new. There was this magazine cover in 2002, for example:

I'm not saying a doctor wasn't involved, but she was never tiny, either. I don't think we ever got the kind of peeks from her that the modern sluts pass out, but it might have been more fun hoping for one.
