Focus:
Let's see your desktop, is it organized? Is it messy? How many monitors do you have? What's your wallpaper? What's your OS?

Instructions
Press the 'prt scrn' button on top of your keyboard, go into Paint, or Photoshop, paste the image in, resize it so it's not huge. upload to imageshack.us or other host site.

Here's mine
Running a twin 20 inch, one LCD, one CRT Flat. WinXp, with my kick as NiN wall paper.

As far as neatness, I tend to tuck and nestle my crap away in folders with shortcuts grouped in the taskbar to get at it.
