Default Ask a Pastry Bitch
I was thinking, the only thing I do well besides drink is bake. And since we're in the holiday season and the only way I can contribute is by being helpful, please feel free to ask me any baking/pastry questions. Need recipes, hints whatever... it would be my pleasure. I have been baking for the past decade, breads, cakes, muffins, mousses, cobblers, french and american desserts. I have pretty much done it all. I just want to help. So, hit me up.

Here's some stuff I've done.

Chipoltle Molten Cake, Pasilla Vanilla Ice Cream, Jalapeno Melon Coulis


Raspberry Financier, Strawberry Red Wine Sorbet, Orange Blossom Creme Anglaise

I am more of an ogre myself

That's badassed. I really want to have my own place, danish, croissant, breakfast and then super-awesome sando's and beers/bistro lunch and artisnal bread. In @ 3 am out before 3 pm.

I used to be at the four seasons and bourbon steak. I moved back to shitty wisconsin about 3 months ago though.
