I understand about having the picture show up online, But is this really the way to stop teenage kids from sending each other theses kind of messages. In a society were dressing older than you look and sexuality starting earlier and earlier. Is this the way to handle it? Charge these young kids with sex crime and have it on their records for life. And when they you can get your records sealed because your under age is bullshit it will always be there. So what do you think.

__________________ IT'S CODE FOR LET ME STICK MY DICK IN YOUR ASS!
So in the summer, my sister who's 14 at the time calls me frantic. She's sobbing and trying to relay a story to me.
My sister apparently took photos with her cell phone of her tits. Now, she's 14 but looks 18. She is befriended by this douche bag who's in some Emo band who convinces her he loves her blah blah. She rarely ever sees him outside of his shows but text msgs and myspace with him often. So one day he asks to see her boobs. My sister being like most teens doesn't think about the consquences of doing this and well, does what he wants.
What does he do? OH he posts them ALL over the fucking internet! I'm talking forums, craigslist (stating she was a hooker and putting my parents address and phone number in the ad) then going on some msg board the brats at her school have an uploading it there. Which is how she found out it was leaked. OH that and the 40 million calls and people that apparently stop by their home!
Why did this kid do it? Because my sister wouldn't have sex with him. Yes she wanted attention and his approval but she's 14 and a virgin.
My parents catch wind, and they call the police and contact the websites. Everything gets taken down...5 hours after the incident. What do the Police do?
They take my sisters phone, computer and threaten to arrest HER not the guy because she took pictures of herself which is in fact committing child porn. Also there was some other charge about transferring images using a cell phone or media device.
While I get what the Police are trying to do, which is send the msg that kids need to NOT do these things. Since more then likely their parents aren't threatening them enough. They are victimizing the victims all over again. And I know my sister, god forbid were ever to be raped or taken advantage of wouldn't contact the police now due to how she was treated. She no longer trusts them.
Probably 19 now. She turns 15 this month. Obviously he has issues with young girls considering he was attempting to pressure her into sex and didn't take the rejection very well. Makes you wonder what other 14 year old girls he's trying to bang.
