I know if you're using a program, such as powerdvd it has a screencap tool built in...it's on the menu, it looks like a camera icon. If not, I know the program snag it has the capability to take screens from videos..

because its rar

when i got it to open, it now shows me a black screen and wont let me open my video file, thanks for the help so far. if you live near me ill fully go down on you. lol
