Our powers been out for the past few days. So not only did I wash the dishes used to make dinner for our house and both neighbor's houses too, I even used the gas grill to boil water to do the dishes.
What do you think my wife had the gall to say to me today? Yep. "You never do the dishes, it's always me or the kids!!" ?!?!?!?!?! I guess it's besides the point that one of the few chores my kids have to do IS THE FUCKING DISHES AFTER DINNER!!!! Just like it was in both my wife's family and mine when we were growing up. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
