They don;t consider parents who make their kids that way child abuse. They should of done something when she was fucking 200lbs............Fucking parents fault for feeding her the way they do, but they think the food makes the child happy.

Dangle ....... you don't believe is medical or genetic mutation? I can eat 1000calories a day and not lose weight and can eat as much as 8000 calories and not gain weight. I don't know the kid's personal medical history, but research Prader-Willie. The protagonist issues of this genetic anomaly will turn your head around. Most kids today learn how to deal with it, but just 15 years ago, people with it were eating themselves to death. Image a person with stomach surgery continuing to gorge themselves to the point of bursting their stomach.
The issues of Prader-Willie are meta-physical, including both psychological and neurological. Usually a person of this condition has a diminished mental capacity as well as other gastrointestinal issues, which this little girl shows some signs of having. Most parents have absolutely no idea what they are dealing with or how to control the child, either due to ignorance, financial situations, or both.
I will say her case of such extremes is rare, but they are happening more and more everyday as the world population continues to grow.
