You'd be surprised at what people will throw away. And once it's on the curb, it's not their property anymore. I spend at least one day a week going through trash in the richer neighborhoods. I always fill up on discarded food and soda that day too, so that's a bonus. And my torn panties collection is filling the back of a Ford 8500 box truck!
