I was just reading in the local fishwrap that an LA area teacher was sentenced to 10 years in prison for "possession of child pornography". His hard drive had pictures of underage persons.
Here's my question: Do you have child porn on your hard drive? Obviously, you shouldn't answer that question, but what about that jpg of the cute photobucket teen who's got perky tits? Does that qualify you for the 10 year term? What about that pool party nip slip?
Clearly, this guy had a pre-teen collection, but where do they draw the line? Personally, if they don't have wrinkles, I'm deleting that shit right now. No freakin' way could I do 10 years.
If they are clothed i wouldn't feel bad if i one of the pics i might have of a photobucket girl was 17 or some shit. I'm not saying its ok to have child porn or anything, but unless every pic you find online of some teenage girl has her holding her Driver's license then you can't be 100% sure unless its totally obvious she is underage so i wouldn't worry to much about it.
Know a guy that got sent up for having underage pics on his computer. They were photo-shopped pics of legal bodies with underage faces. Kind of like the fake topless Olsen twins pic. He had a bad lawyer and an over zealous DA and they all failed to tell him that the courts ruled that those kind of pics were not considered child porn. So he spent 2 years of his life in prison until his appeal was heard. A computer repair shop turned him in when he left his to get fixed and they found on on his drive. From there the DA scanned his drive for deleted files and found a few more. The rest is history.
So simply deleting the questionable file won't work. Personally I use Window Washer for anything I come across on accident that I want rid of permanently, and periodically scrub my free space with it as well.
If they are clothed it has to be okay. Otherwise its like saying that you can't have pictures of your 8 year old nieces and nephews opening up their birthday presents cause they are underage...or worse, you can't have pics of your own children.
There is no real good legal defense to having child porn (unless you are Pete Townsend), but just know if you have anything questionable on your computer and it breaks, bite the bullet and just buy a new one...and strip the thing and really destroy the hard drive...I heard a story about a guy who's computer got thrown around during a tornado and someone found it, booted it up and found the kiddie porn and well, I am sure that guy is sleeping on his stomach a lot in prison.
i dont get why people would want to jerk off over unfinished titty anyway, i mean if you want small tits, just get some porn with small titted chicks, its not rocket science, these people who get busted for it deserve it, with out doubt
but what if the police take my hdd? ive got a pic from when my sisters and cousin were like 3 or 4 running round naked in the garden in the summer, what would they do about that? i feel its kinda a weird situation to deal with

Like I said, the guy I knew did have a bad one. Couldn't afford one that would actually take the case, and his court appointed one could give a shit less and talked him into a plea deal. He went to work for the DA some time later.
But yes, the legal system does work sometimes for those that deserve it. Glad they had the wrong guy....

In the states you would probably have to prove they were in fact your nieces, that the pic was taken innocently, or that it was given to you by the family member who snapped it. But even then it would only come up if they confiscated your hard drive for other reasons. Family pics aren't porn or there would be lots of people with pics of their kids having their first bath, in jail.
