While in the December 13th Steplinks I clicked on the "This is a forum for girls with implants, and if you look hard enough you might find before and after pics." So since I have nothing better to do than look for pre- and post-op boobs I found the following link in a post on the forum. There are doctor submitted and visitor submitted photos. I do have to admit that some of those doctors are pretty damn good at their job. Technically a LGS post since some of the boobs weren't so good looking before the knife.
