A possible reason that the forum is slowing down, is that the main site dosen't post links to the forum as often anymore. Think that was great advertising for the forum, I know cause that was the way I got in to this mess...

I just checked the statistics.

The forum is busier this past week than it was in early August. There was a major slowdown in early august but nobody seemed to mention it.

You guys' perception of this "slowing down" is wrong. Maybe in the sections that YOU visit.... it might have slowed a little. Overall it's still rockin.

I tend to agree with school beginning as a cause (if the forum is slowing at all judging from the last post).

Some personal issues coupled with school has got me tied up. I am definitely going to fire up the apps post with more new offerings though.

Also,I think another reason why forums are slow at times,are due to restless people like myself that tend to get bored easily.

I'll spend lots of time on one forum,and get sick of it,or in one case,I was
banned(courtesy of Plenty of Fish lol)

People just go through phases with the net,but they always come back to what feels like home..

At least,this has been my experience.
