He's joking. Teams that are on the same amount of points are seperated by goal difference - goals scored minus goals conceded. He's saying that since england scored both goals we should be ahead. Sadly it doesn't work that way.

World Cup organising chief Danny Jordaan has revealed he may consider banning vuvuzelas from the tournament.

The sound of the trumpet-like instruments has droned through every match since the competition got under way in South Africa on Friday.

The commentators really beat up on Australia, but realistically, after they called that total bullshit red card on Cahill (?), Germany should have been able to eat them alive - but they couldn't.
