I thought I'd share, just got back from the store, picked up a couple of Tri-Tips and 2 pounds of pretty white Gulf Coast Jumbo Shrimp. A Tri-Tip is a California cut down toward the end of the loin where it tapers to a point almost, hence the name Tri-Tip. Never heard of it till I moved out here and now I can't get enough. Grill till it's medium rare and slice it cross grain and you've got a fine piece of beef!
Here's what they look like.
The Final Product!
These aren't my photos, mine will look much nicer!
Shrimp with lots of garlic and lime and of course the beverage, a nice summer ale!!

Yeah "natural" is a pretty generic term. "All Natural" can be found on a lot of supposed "healthy food" packages. "natural' can mean pretty much anything.

Yeah I think it's chum or some such shit. It tastes good though and is refreshing on a summer evening!!! I nabbed one of their other beers to try as well....
Never tried this one, but it looks good!. I like to try all the local brewerys out here. This one is up in Eureka I believe. Good stuff for the most part.
Tri-tips do look a lot like flank and skirt but they are a different cut, definatly has that sirloin taste. We use flank steak out here for carne asada when it is cut real thin. Tasty tasty!!!
