thanks everyone. hes already on blood thinners as he has a history of heart attacks. right now we re waiting for the results of his MRI. he has no physical issues at the moment, like paralysis, etc, but is still having neurological issues. hes confused, speaking in nonsense, and frustrated. theyre hoping the MRI will tell them if any of this will be permanent, or recoverable. thanks again

yep, and a small stroke the year before. he had valve replacement surgery several years ago and has been doing pretty well since. he takes" Coumadin", and whenever his levels change he has problems.
