On a completely unrelated note, I keep reading about premium points and such, and it says this in their FAQ:

My Premium zone says I have 13,000 premium points, but I've never uploaded anything to Rapidshare, I only download, but it doesn't say anything about downloading. How many points do you need for a free month? And why do I get points if I don't upload anything to there?

You get points if you pay to extend your account, so that's how you probably got them.

You need 10000 to extend it a month for free.

you may want to re-read your post, it does say you get points for DL'ing from a free user (I think most of Binary's stuff was upped when he had a free account)

I think it said you get points if a free user downloads whatever you upload. The 13000 points makes sense, I've been extending my account on and off for the past year and a half or so, and it's 1000 points each time I do, so I suppose that makes perfect sense.

if they stop him they're gonna suspend the rest of us too. Someone ratting doesn't seem like a strong enough case for rapidsahre to follow thru on. Now if someone in a band find their stuff online and calls their lawyer, that makes a lot more sense. We see that kind of thing once a week with Jesus. There's always someone threatening to sue him if he doesn't take down one vag shot or another from the front page.
