Fucked over on ebay, how to get revenge?

Right here is the deal, i recently won an auction on ebay for an Samson AirLine 77 AG1 CR77 UHF Wireless Guitar System so i can rock the fuck out in my room without strangling myself with the wires,

i won the auction for £93, about $180 and sent the guy a cheque for the amount, anyway this was on the 14th of May and he still hasn't contacted me or sent the fucking item i won, i managed to get him on the phone 1 day and he said he hasn't cashed the cheque yet, but now its like nearly 3 weeks later and i am down in money and minus the fucking thing i bought, so to you my evil doing friends, i ask this, how the fuck shall i get revenge on this asshole? i was thinking about ordering some pizza and shit to his house for a few days, then trying to book a few escorts to come round, and gradually keep turning up the fire until i smoke him out? any one else got some good ideas?

You should be able to stop that check from being cashed with your bank?? Just look up the check number call them and tell them to void it.....Send him some shit in the mail....flame him on ebay, report him?

It's not much, but with an email address, find strange shit to sign him up to for newsletters and other things. Make sure they're not opt-in ones that send a confirmation email and then hope it annoys him, and that it doesn't go to his Spam blocker. Like I said, not much but still fun. Oh and report his ass to ebay, leave bad feedback. I know I check feedback on auctions and if one person has a bad enough complaint, I'll likely pass on buying from that seller.

hahah thanks guys, he just got in contact with me, i left him a voicemail at lunch saying fuck ebay, im going to get the cops on to this as it is fraud and report all his details to them.
