Danzing fought like shit, but I thought Guida was going to give him some troubles and that's why I picked him I was pissed about Herman though. That was rough.

The choke Houston lost to, the arm triangle....that was THE MOST telegraphed arm triangle i've ever seen....my wife would have known to pull her arm out before that happened.....he REALLY needs to cross-train more....I like him, but he's got a lot of work
As for Guida, that was just pathetic....he came in FAT....sucks, but maybe he thought he would make it just because of his brother?

Totally looked like he was going to try and right Clay's coattails. Not only that but Rashad's brother didn't look that great either, especially since they only gave us that quick & easy summary of the fight.
the Guida fight really pissed me off. I thought the ref should have broken them a couple of times when Clay had him in the clinch and wasn't doing anything. For the amount of energy, coniditioning, and action Guida cant finish fights. Dont get me wrong, I don't think he didnt deserve the decision I just think this will bite him in the ass again a la the Heurta fight

Anyone get good points on mmaplayground for the Fight Night?
Only pick I got all factors right on was the Houston Alexander fight.
I think the UFC should release Houston and let him fight in some smaller shows for a while. Have him do a year of solid BJJ while fighting in the small shows, then come back.
He looked as bad on his back as he did in the Silva fight. With all his power, you'd think he'd be able to be explosive with his hips and escape.

I did ok, but I thought Herman got screwed and I picked the Danzig fight wrong. As for Houston on his back, he is very strong, but Red has been around for a long time so there was no chance of Houston reversing that position. It takes a while to really learn how to use your hips in bjj. I agree with you though, he needs to get with a good camp and do nothing but train bjj for about a year.
