I got caught so I'll admit to it. Racing a blown 72' Vette and doing 165mph heading East-bound on I-70 through downtown Columbus, Ohio. Had two buddies in the car. Soon to be President Bush (Senior) was in town at some function and I had no clue that I was flying up behind his train of vehicles and even more clueless to the three blackhawks flying patrol.
I got surrounded by more than fifty police and secret service vehicles.

They don't take any chances. I was an "unidentified" high-speed interceptor who "didn't stop for a police cruiser". Bastard lied and said he was running his lights and siren so close to my bumper that he couldn't see it. HA! We blew past him doing 165 when he was parked "dark" in the grass between East and West bound lanes. He didn't even get close to us till I was exiting the outerbelt four miles later and by then I was doing 70mph. By the time he flipped his lights on he was trying to pass me in a single lane off-ramp and at the top was a Columbus Police copter blocking the exit from the ramp with all the other cops behind it.
Short version is he was a total asshole to the point a few cops and a secret service agent had to drag him off me before I lost it an beat the shit out of him. It was pretty funny when a state judge I worked for stepped out of one of the limos and asked me if the officer was bothering me. Code:

Serves HER right for having all that coke in the car.
Lesson learned should be to NEVER drive someone else's car for any reason. If you're in the driver's seat, you're automatically "guilty" of anything illegal found in the car. Sad but true. Code:
