Britney herself said that she got implants at one point, and then had them taken out. When she was still a teen--and underage teen, too, like 16 or 17--her "management" had her get implants, even though she wasn't done growing. Then naturally, her hormones changed slightly, and her tits go so big with the implants, they had to have the implants taken out.
I'm blanking on the name of the magazine interview where she said this at the moment, but the info's out there somewhere.
