yeah i agree. even tho kimbo lost.. at least the public sentiment is against big country for such a cheapy win. yeah yeah a win is a win. but when 10 million people are watching and youve been talking mad shit about how you are the best heavyweight in the house.. then fight day comes and your stradegy is to basically lay ontop of kimbo for two rounds... yeah its a win but you looked like a bitch doing it. and dana made it very clear he hated it and that really matters since hes the big cheese at that company

I say Kimbo gets another shot, as some of these guys'll drop out (Marcus looks like the first).
Still don't think he's ready to compete at this level of MMA, but gotta say I was impressed with him as a person more than anything. Physically and mentally he was more fit than I expected. If nothing else, this will extend his appeal at the lower rungs, and maybe extend his career coming in @ 35 years old.
If Nelson had some discipline (diet, training), he'd be real tough to beat; seems like a natural with the speed. But may be he needs that stomach - like a weapon or lucky charm.
Strikeforce isn't just a small promotion: Coker steals Henderson
It's one thing to steal Fedor Emelianenko and retain the rights to Gegard Mousasi, now Strikeforce may have awakened the beast by stealing Dan Henderson from the UFC. Henderson, who has been pining for a title rematch against Anderson Silva, finally gave up on that possibility and is going to sign with Strikeforce according Yahoo! Sports' Kevin Iole.
The obvious fights for the 205-pound Henderson have to be Mousasi and newly signed Mo Lawal. There may not be a ton of depth for Henderson to run through but at 39-years-old he's clearly jumping at one final chance at big money and an opportunity to fight on network television.

I really like Hendo, but he had just revived his career, and in no shape to take on Machida, Silva, etc. in the UFC.
It's probably a good move - get that money now.
