I have no idea who some of these chic's are but they are great. Some of them I probably know I just can't tell because of the angle or the clip being so quick.

They are made very easily actually...
A program called Blaze media pro allows you to do it...

You choose your source, advance it to the place you want it to start capturing from. Choose how many frames per second you want to capture, and how many seconds you want it to run.
It then makes a gif of each frame per second that you want, numbered in order.
You then send that to any program to animate gifs and you are all good...

It might NOT be Blaze Media Pro, I have it on my home system, so I would have to check...
