I've been trying to place a song that samples De La Soul's 'Breakadawn'.
Don't even know if it's a hip hop song, but it uses the 'ah one two, ah one two' at the beginning. But I think they slow it down and smooth it.

Don't know why, just obsessing. With my luck it'll be some sorry as pop shit, but need to figure it out.

Anyone??

Neither are what I'm after, pretty sure it's a soul/RnB/possibly hip hop song.
The 'One Two' line is used alot, but specifically that 'ah one two, ah one two' is what I'm after.
Totally obscure, maybe; appreciate the efforts.

sorry, I always thought that part was just one of the De La Soul guys doing it. I'll keep looking though.

haha! Ohhhh...see i was going about it all wrong. because i can't read, i thought you were saying the de la soul sampled it. not that i would would have been able to help anyway...but well done! It's a great feeling figuring shit like that out.
