Well, a friend of the devil (in this case Jesus) is a friend of mine. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.

books
Vince Flynn's books are great. The action starts from the first page and goes to the last. Mostly about an assassin that takes out politicians and terrorists. Also give Terry Goodkind a look. The Sword of Truth series is good if your into magic and wars between those that have and those that don't.

There's nothing more exhilarating than pointing out the shortcomings of others, is there?

Good stuff so far guys. I'm going to make a list with all suggestions and see what I can get on the cheap at half price books.

Pulp by Charles Bukowski is easily one of the best books I've ever read.
I reccomend the Dexter books too.

Can't believe no one has mentioned the Demon Dog of American Literature, James Ellroy. Ignore the movies (Black Dahila and LA Confidential) go find the books and anything else he's written.

Dean Koontz is an excellent writer. "Watchers" is my favorite book, so I recommend that.

I've heard good things about Koontz. I read an excerpt chapter from Odd Thomas a while back. It seemed decent.

Koontz
Odd Thomas isn't much like the rest of his books though. They're all good though and easy to find cheap.
