I think they're sexy as hell, but that could be b/c every girl I've seen with back dimples usually has a pretty tight body. Never seen dimples on a fatty.

I have them, I never even realized until someone pointed them out... They stick around though, when I'm in my best shape or if I back off from the gym. I know someone who is obsessed with the back dimples. They don't do much for me though...
