Not anyway near as good as the hype. A few funny moments, but generally tame and blah. The whole "gross" bathroom scene was incredibly weak in terms of grossness.

Also, I liked ScarJo as Black Widow, but they never refer to her as such, or I didn't hear it while watching a crappy TS. Her red hair was confusing and led me to think of her as Scarlet Witch, which was obviously wrong. She needed to get naked too...

Norton priced himself out by asking for more money than Downey Jr. Thought Ruffalo was a solid replacement though. Don't recall either way if ScarJo has ever been refered to as Black Widow, but then Stark is rarely refered to as IronMan. On the flip side though Cap is almost always refered to by some version of Captain America.

This is a hard film. It's difficult, it's harrowing, it's so very well done.

I enjoyed it a lot, even though it left me feeling empty afterwards.
