If you saw UFC 84 you'll know what I'm talking about.

I have a tip for Keith Jardine and anyone else who doesn't want to end up unconcious. If you're going to throw leg kicks you better have you're fucking hands up. It's natural to drop your hands when you throw kicks, but you need to put your opposite hand over your ear or you will get fucked up.
