Computer training question
We may be combining centers which may mean we are moving our server management group here. I might be interested in transferring. I know my 'puter pretty well, but I am not that versed in server management. Any recommendation on training...hopefully something I can "find free".

And Shas, if you can't find them, you guys can let me know, I can request them from Dell and they'll send me the PDF's (Or whatever format that they come in).

I have books and shit on everything server related.
There's a few in the O'Rielly Ebooks I posted, but I have a heap of books and doccunentation from Cybex, Microsoft, HP, everything else, I can upload for you.

Depends on what you are looking for. Do you want to become certified which may help with the transfer or do you want real world experience with Server 2003?
If you are looking for certification in Windows 2003 you would want to go for MCSA certification and think about MCSE.
I got MCSE certified last year and feel that the certification helps get an interview but working with servers everyday gives you the real world experience in a live environment. The certification is not a guarantee of a job, which makes complete sense based on some of the idiots that got certified in the same boot camp that I took.
If you have any questions let me know. I just got back from another training camp.
