Default Recommend me some good reading

I need some good fiction reading for a little brain fodder. I can't figure out what to read next so all advice is welcome.

Anything by Chuck Palahniuk is way out there and entertaining.

He wrote fight club but his other books are good. Choke is a personal favorite.

My favorite authors are, Michael Chricthon, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and John Grisham... What kind of fluff do you like to read?

I don't really know if I have a preferred genre per say. I usually just bargain shop and if I like what I read I will go back to the same author and usually finish up all of their work.

I'll just make a list off the top of my head of the authors I've read recently to give an idea:

John Grisham
Tim Green
Tom Clancy
Dan Brown

I can't remember any of the others off my head, but I've read a few others similar to Grisham.

Try a Dean Kuntz book. I recommend "Lightning". Probably my favorite of his.

Dean Koontz is an excellent writer. "Watchers" is my favorite book, so I recommend that.

If you like these guys you will love Michael Crichton. "Jurassic Park", "Timeline", "Prey", "State of Fear", and "Next" are all top notch books. Also if you like interesting non-fiction. "Emerald City: Life in the Green Zone" is fabulous. Forget the guys name but it is a great book.
