Your favorite bands you've found through here?

Thought this would be a good thread to post. People can share what bands/music they found out about through these forums and now enjoy immensely.

I had always known about Bloc Party, but never heard them, and wrote them off as some stupid indie music that all my lame indie music loving douche bag acquaintances liked. I hate what they love, because they live the lifestyle and it makes them pretentious buttholes, so I try to avoid what they listen to a lot.

I downloaded some randomly on a whim, and now Bloc Party is quickly becoming one of my favorite bands now. I found that I've still maintained my personality too! I don't hang out at local coffee shops, I don't wear glasses I don't need to wear, and my clothes weren't meant for women.

So yeah, Bloc Party is the shit. Thanks DS/Thomas for the Bloc Party

Bloc Party Silent Alarm was my fave album there for a while. Its so fucking good.
