Default Should We Legalize Prostitution Nationwide!

Ok If prostitute's had to pay a license fee and get tested for sexual diseases, every month and paid taxes on their income. They do it in Nevada and other countries, And what if they had to pay a monthly fee to keep their license good, and if they practice without the license they get 90 days in jail automatically.

I vote that they should, its the worlds oldest profession. Its not that I support going out and getting a hooker its just that If they did make it ok they would be regulated and require tests like the rest of the world. I also think that it would cut down on the number of crack whores and possibly boost the higher class call girl. Just my opinion.

I'm a firm believer that morality is not something that should be legislated. I'm a grown man, a legal adult if you will (however immature is irrelevant), and I should be able to go to a prostitute or a strip bar or buy porn or whatever with no fear of governmental retribution. Not that I would. I've never been with a prostitute and can count the number of times I've been in a strip bar using most of my fingers... but I should be able to if I wanted to.

Agreed. Plus, the government will be able to bring in a little extra dough on the taxing/legislating of the pootang. It's the exact same thing they should do with marijuana in my opinion. Think of how much extra money they could be bringing in if they had some sort of "sin tax" on pot & pussy. Talk about recession proof jobs

I say leave it up to the states so you can have it legalized and regulated and not piss off the prudes in Utah and places like that. It would be safer for both the prosititute and the client and you can tax it. No complaints here.

Leave it up to the states. With all the different laws and tax rules. I still think it is best to leave up to the states.
