Pretty accurate description. I don't think she's getting the chair, hard to get beyond reasonable doubt. I'd put my money on manslaughter or felony murder.

While I agree 100%, the other side is the worst people deserve the best advocates. Otherwise our system fails. In this case, for Murder to stick, the prosecution had to prove she did it beyond a reasonable doubt. They weren't able to do that. With that said, the defense team should have held back a bit on their huge celebration in court. It looks terrible, I always hate it when that happens.
I have a real problem with her being found not guilty of aggravated child abuse, and thus not guilty of felony murder. Basically you're guilty of felony murder if someone is killed as a result of you committing another felony.
Not reporting your daughter missing for 30+ days, I think, should be considered aggravated child abuse. Clearly Caylee died during that time, even if Casey didn't do it (yeah, right) it was a pretty clear result of her being 'missing' and not reported. As a juror I would have found Casey guilty of child abuse and felony murder.
If any of the jurors ever speak I want to hear the explanation of how they got around that.

Yeah, I'd have to go along with that, Moose. She did an awful lot of partying even if her child was just missing (although most likely the bitch knew where she was and moved her at some point because the area where the body was found had been searched before).
All I can say is that I wouldn't mind seeing her wiggle around naked a bit, but I'd prefer to see her dropped into hot oil after receiving a couple thousand paper cuts.
