That is if they put Kimbo up against a real opponent. I think Brett Rogers would be the worst thing for EliteXC because Rogers would have to be the heavy favorite. Kimbo might still sneak a lucky punch in there, but Rogers is a way more rounded fighter than Kimbo as I'm sure we can all agree on. If Rogers wins, he's not as marketable and quickly people are bidding on EliteXC's fighters like IFL was. Wouldn't mind Lawler back in the UFC.

Well, he originally with with Kenny "Ant Flo" Florian but that just got him in trouble with the lady MMA fans. Ant because he's little.

I highly doubt he will fight Rogers. EliteXC needs him to win and with a convincing knockout. They will put someone out of the dumpster for him to fight.

They really can't do that. They took a lot of criticism for his last opponent being a sub par fighter....They either need to give him a good fighter who he matches up well with that he'll beat, or someone that is going to convincingly beat him that they can turn into a star

They will guard Kimbo for a while longer. His aura right now is that of a monster. Against Thompson he was seen to look weak on the ground. I would have thought training with "El Guapo" Bas Rutten he would have learned alot more ground control. Kimbo's standup is phenom he moves very well and throws some heavy fists.

Not saying he can't be beat *FEDOR* but for now EliteXC will and need to have that top star for a while. Kinda like what UFC did with Tito when the Fertittas bought the UFC. They needed a star to build off of and Tito was there guy. Now EliteXC needs someone and Kimbo is that guy.

He won't fight someone that is alot better than him they will prolly keep the level of fighters at that of brawlers and stand up guys like Tank, and Thompson. Don't expect him to get high level fighters for a while.

There is talk he'll fight Ron Waterman in October. There has also been speculation that he'll fight Antonio "Pezao" Silva who would absolutely murder Kimbo.
