Band names are suppose to be dumb. Catchy maybe, but after the Beatles came around everybody had to have a memorable name and if you think about it , they are all pretty fucking dumb.

I'm probably the only person on the planet who is not a fan of the Simpsons(I just don't watch much TV...) I wasn't aware of that. But to my uninitiated ears it sounds dumb. At least I now know that it has relivence in it's dumbness
