theyve lived here like 2 years and all they do is make noise. constant construction at like 8am and they got a new dog that they obviously dont plan on training and they leave it outside all day and night barking like crazy

I hate assholes like that. I know I shouldn't moan about children, but next door to me have got a two y/o who they don't have in a routine and is up making noise at all hours.

Can you complain to the police or something like that? I don't know about the laws in NJ or the states in general, but there are noise pollution laws in England that would mean they would get in shit over that.
