start calling them back 50 times a day. Post their phone number here and maybe some other people will too.
I thought you could report them. Have you tried a reverse phone look up?

Just call customer service, complain about unwanted harassing phone calls from a specific number which is from out of state and that if the number isn't blocked, you will not pay for any of the minutes used by those calls. Also that you'll let everyone on the net know that your cell phone company charges to block harassing numbers.

Sprint doesn't charge for that service.

Or, tell the punks that if they call one more time, you'll post their number on craigslist and 4chan

If you have a fax machine, set it to auto redial every 5 minutes and to have it keep calling them, this worked for me when my stupid x wife tried giving me the harrasing phone calls. If the receiving number has a fax machine then tape two pieces of black paper end to end. Then fax the annoying number. when the top of the first piece of paper comes through fold it around and attach it to the bottom of the second piece of paper to create a loop. You now have a never ending black fax which will chew through all of the other ends ink or if they receiving fax uses thermal paper will burn out the thermal head. Worst case scenario, file a harrasement complaint with the FCC which will shut down the offenders phone service and could lead to federal charges.
