i read that too, im thinkin there is some chance that it would have something to do with with the drawing power and such of Randy. or them dreaming that he would sign with them, which i doubt highly

No chance of him signing. He is waiting for his contact with the ufc to expire (I believe October), but there maybe a lawsuit coming. Once all of that is settled he will do an Affliction event. Their next two fights are October/November and then Feburary. I know he wants Fedor and Affliction will need some big fights to follow up their July 19th card

yeah i totally agree, but i think that the AFL thinks with his wife there and signed that the may have an inside track on Randy or something.
i cant wait to see Fedor fight, even against Tim the Sloth, just cuz Fedor hasnt fought anyone really of any name for a long while.

Agreed. I don't think Fedor has fought anyone legit since Cro Cop in 2006? Hopefully they get enough PPV buys to continue doing shows. It is best for the fans that there are multiple organizations putting on legit shows. I may try to get to the Affliction show, but that is up in the air at this point.

im pumped for the affliction fight, i was sure that i saw on tv here that the fight network is showing it for free, but i have to look later, i hope they do.
also interested to watch ultimate fight night and watch how Silva does in the heavier weight class

I'll be trying to track down somewhere to watch the Affliction fights...not sure in my area where they're going to be on, but I'm at the point where I'm willing to drive a decent distance and bribe my lady with dinner (bar food, ofcourse) to get her to come with me and watch the madness, haha.

ur woman isnt a fan of mma? i know atleast 15 chicks that love mma. its awesome to watch a hot chick watch mma and be so into it and cheering. i end up missing parts of the fights cuz of watching the girls

She'll watch them with me at home and actually listens to me talking about them quite a bit, but she'd probably have plans that she would rather have us doing on a Saturday night in July. Plus, if I can get it on at home I can be flipping back and forth between UFC and Affliction fights, and that'd be awesome.

I am thinking about getting tickets to the affliction show since I am in southern cali. If not, I plan on buying it and tivoing fight night. should be an epic night either way.

I hate watching fights in public places. Idiots yelling & screaming distract me from enjoying the fights. I don't mind watching it with a couple of friends, but going to a bar to watch fights is rare for me now days.
