Not true at all.
The bar itself might do better in liquor sales, and the club may make more money off of the girls based on fees but otherwise it's tedious. There is an influx of girls now because they lost jobs in the square world. There is an influx of pissed off brokers who like to talk alllll night about their losses while crying into their scotch on the rocks at the bar.

Now, clubs that aren't over priced might be doing well, depending on where they are located.

Don't get me wrong, we still sell between 30 to 80 K in funny money from 3pm-3am at my work at least 5 days a week. I'm sure we do close to that in liquor sales. It's just harder to get the guys to spend the 500 an hour plus 300 for a bottle of liquor or cheap champagne plus tip. Where as last winter it was nothing to get that.

I have friends that are doing still the same (3500 plus a week) but they have something unique about them. One girl looks like she's 13 and she's 30. Another is the Russian barbie and a few others with misc accents.

It's tough though with 40+ girls a night fighting for the same guy.

this may make me seem creepy but i read an article in penthouse once and it was pretty much exactly like you posted, the more 9 to 5s that disappear the more girls go into it and it hurts the girls whove been doing it for a while.

Yep so true. The more girls on the roster the faster you have to be to a table. It's almost impossible, and it gives off this desperation vibe that sucks bad. Sure some guys like desperate chicks but most do not like the girls that are "Wanna dance? How about now? What about now?" every two seconds. At least not where I work. Since our dances are airdances we have to sell companionship. It's fucking draining to listen to some of these people and hope against hope they will pay you for it.

My club has strict hiring standards for the most part. Weight ins, specific attire and they check your skin, nails and hair daily. We aren't even allowed to do our own makeup, we have to use the makeup artists which sucks!

It is a higher end, the best of the best work there.
