Dear Jo, if you need some help.

I could come by and help you source and pick a suitible unit, then properly lubricate your new ball bearing.
Insuring that just enough lubrication is used to protect your apparat's delicate inner workings yet not so much as to impede the proper amount of friction required for it to function optimally, this allows everything to slide back and forth in the way it was designed! After all, you will want to get years and years of pleasurable enjoyment out of it.

For a matter of information, here in the GWN I have garnered much experience at lubricating and inserting metric sized ball bearings properly into the sleeve for which they were intended. And have never had any of them bind or come back due to premature failure. All have received years of smooth service! References can be provided upon request.
