i just think its funny people (the general public/machoistic ones) hated him as an actor because of brokeback and now all of a sudden because he happened to be a very good actor in a huge action flick are all over his dick and upset he died....

just respect the acting job and even though he acted as a gay person, he was still a very good actor.

No offence taken. I never saw brokeback mountain, and can honestly say I'm not homophobic (i mean it says your afraid of gays come on!) But gf's made me watch that 10 things movie and the one where he was a knight and I hated him in both.

the lawyers just twisted it....the officials have the subpoena, but haven't served it yet...giving her time to talk....and because it hasn't been served yet, they have not seen it and therefore can deny it...
