Don't fell to hard. We need everything you post and can't afford you being hurt.
Now for my Tech question. I'm supposed to have reformated my computer with a new HD. In everyone's experience do you prefer Fat32/64 or NTFS better. I have noticed in the past most of my computer problems have been in NTFS, while Fat32 runs smooth. Of course in this computer, I've had a patch issue with SP3 (which is also the reason I reformatting) and had been testing alot of new programs on this computer, because I don't have a second computer anymore and I didn't have a second HD to use for test. Now I do.
So by your experiences, should I continue with NTFS or go back to Fat32/64? Thanks in advance

NTFS is better. Better security options and the ability to have files greater then 4GB in size. 4GB is the size limit for a single file in FAT32, with 8TB being the max volume size. NTFS has a max file size of 16EB (yes E) and same for the volume size.
Also, FAT64 doesn't exist. Microsoft is supposed to be working on a new format which I can't remember the name at the moment. It was originally going to be released with Vista but they backed out. Then I heard Win 7, but I'm running Win 7 RC right now on my new comp and it formatted in NTFS.
FAT32 has been around since Win 95 and the only thing that still uses it by default is Win CE 5 or earlier. Win CE 6 introduced exFAT.
In any case, go with NTFS. There's no reason to continue using FAT32.
EDIT - WinFS is the name of their new file system.
STriker or anyone else, why is it that when I had Fat32 and NTFS, the NTFS systems always corrupted? Is it some thing I'm doing? And yes I know you should always test uncertified programs on a clean system.

My experience with the Windows 7 RC has been nothing short of great. It's way faster then XP, and not nearly as annoying as Vista is. I've had one slight problem with a program locking up (was windows explorer and it fixed itself) and so far, all the programs I used on XP work just as good on 7.

Nope. It should still run all 32 bit apps just fine. With 7, it even has a separate program files folder where all 32 bit apps automatically get installed. The only thing you have to worry about it making sure you can get 64bit drivers for your hardware.
