That sounds alot like me, except they arent even talking about raises. They keep telling us "your lucky to even have a job in the market"

Just today my five day 60+ work week, just turned into a 70 day 70+ work week. Im so freakin tired that when I have a day off I dont even want to mess with my family that much, and we have so much piled up to do in one day that its hard to even relax.

Lots of little things the company has started to do in order to maximize profit, which they probably should have been doing all along: making employees take personal/vacation days for plant shutdowns. so, if the plant is shut for a holiday weekend such as christmas, you're required to take vacation days for the non-holidays of that week leading up to the shutdown. Also, tighter restrictions for hourly employees to work overtime. healthcare industry so its not as afflicted with problems are most other manufacturing, but the economic turmoil is causing waves in all sectors.
